Sushis don’t have to be expensive to be delicious. They don’t have to be fancy neither. A few days ago we had a morning walk with Gonzague. For lunch he took me to his favourite sushi restaurant in Jiyugaoka. A familial business opened since three decades (as far as I understood) serving top notch sushis for a very decent price. I even discovered that some flavours I was sure to dislike were actually very good. Such as “uni” (urchin) for instance.
The place is called Sushi Saiji. More information on their website.
Bon appétit !
