Now me and my older daughter are quite well known at our local sushi restaurant. We get there as often as we can, probably once a week on average. Last time we went I ordered “uni” (sea urchin). I like those a lot, but I usually don’t order them in any restaurant as they can be either delicious or really disgusting. Here, they are just perfect: beautiful, fresh, and tasty.
