About This Video
The Adachi Museum of Art, or in Japanese the Adachi Bijutsukan, is a rather recent museum. The museum was founded and opened in 1970 by Adachi Zenko who was a successful Japanese industrialist and fascinated by fine arts and gardens. While the real treasures of the Adachi Museum of Art are all located within the walls of the museum, its garden’s beauty is by itself a piece of art! Since 2003 the Adachi Museum of Art garden has been named the best Japanese garden by several publications including the “Journal of Japanese Gardening”
