Studio Sedic Shonai Open Set

Originally built and still used as a movie set for may samurai productions, the Open Set of the studio Sedic Shonai in Yamagata in northern Japan is a unique attraction worth checking! There you will find a 350m wide and 2km long set with roughly 40 buildings. Included are a post town, fishing, farming and mountain villages, and many other structures. There is the opportunity to rent costumes, practice sword fighting, archery and horse riding (booking in advance necessary). Perfect to bring back some amazing memories of your time in Japan!
