About This Video
Covering a major portion of the western slope of Mt Hakone, the beautiful field of Sengokuhara, are covered in some of the most beautiful Japanese “Susuki”, also known as pampas grass.
While it’s highly recommended visiting Sengokuhara in autumn, the Susuki (pampas grass) go through a series of seasonal changes throughout the year, changing from bright green in the summer, to a mix of green and light yellow around September, to a brilliant whitish gold by early November.
