In places where tripods are prohibited, the only viable solution is to lay the camera on any flat surface, make it as stable as possible, and use the timer. Mine was beeping again and again, when I saw the helicopter crossing the frame… I really thought I’ll miss it, but the shot was made (luckly) just before the chopper leaves.
