This is probably one of the most iconic views of Japan: an enormous red tuna being sliced by a highly skilled guy, using really impressive knive, the maguro bocho. This long knife’s blade lenght ranges from 40 cm to 150 cm. You really don’t want to mess with someone holding this kind of tool….
