The Sunshine 60 (the tallest skyscraper on this picture) has been Tokyo’s highest building for quite a long time. With its 240m high it was Ikebukuro’s landmark in the 80’s and remained Asia’s tallest building for a while. In Japan it was surpassed by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building in 1991.
